Fantastic Four

This is a funny superhero movie. For the four different abilities, I prefer the hero like Richards, who can freely expand his body like rubber, that's interesting. When Ben turned into stone, when his wife left him I really do have a kind of sorrow feeling. Although the plot somehow a bit ordinary, it is still not bad to watch. Besides the plot, I really do appreciate the cast of this film, Captain America Chris Evans plays the human torch, and this film can count as a masterpiece for Jessica Alba, which plays the invisible woman in the film. ----- Kun Zhang

The Incredible Hulk

Hulk is a 2003 American superhero film based on the fictional Marvel Comics character of the same name. The Chinese director Ang Lee who directed the famous movie Life of Pi directed this film. This movie has a great influence not only in western countries but also in China. Through the whole movie, I think the first 30 minutes are the best. It is because although Hulk hasn’t shown in these 30 minutes, Ang still successfully described Hulk’s birth was connected to the unfair fate. A movie or any possibly has you know what’s called “build up”. Ang has set a good stage for Hulk’s performance. Hulk has enough power, but no matter what he did, he couldn’t struggle against his fate. This sharp contrast shows the great dramatic tension. In my opinion, although The Incredible Hulk doesn’t have many big scenes, Ang’s different photography still brings us audience deep reflection. (Seyi)

The Avengers

"The avengers" mainly tells a story of the American superheroes: Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Black widow and Hawk eye assembled together, formed a powerful "avengers" team, to save the world, and fight for peace.unlike previous American superhero movies, this movie gathered six superheroes together, it is a huge challenge for the setting, plot and characters.The success of a movie is not only based on its visual effects, or the appearance of the characters, more is on the storyline of the movie. Obviously, "The Avengers" did well on both visual effects and storyline. There is no doubt that people are not watching a movie just for want to see so many American superheroes in one movie, but as well as the conflicts between these superheroes.----- Kun Zhang

The Green Hornet

The Green Hornet is an American radio and television masked vigilante created by George W. Trendle and Fran Striker, with input from radio director James Jewell, in 1936. To compare with other Marvel Super heroes such as Superman, Spider-man, and Batman, the Green Hornet is a little bit weak. And the popularity and impact are totally different from other superhero movies. The Superhero leading characters can be divided into two kinds. One kind is born with the super power capacity; another kind is just ordinary people and trained to become very strong. So the Green Hornet can be put in to the former kind. Furthermore, the reason of why to say this movie a bad one is because a famous Chinese singer has also acted in this movie. As a result, his thunder overshadowed the leading character even the whole movie. In my opinion, this movie is not a good one to describe the Superhero. (Seyi)

Batman

Batman is a fictional character, a comic book superhero first appearing in DC comic which published in 18th, May, 1939. Batman was born in artist Bob Kane's comics in April, 1939. At the same year, Batman also appeared in Detective Comic. In the following 66 years, Superman, Batman and Spiderman have becme the three U.S. national comic hero. The charm of this fictional character lasts for about 66 years which is almost uniquely. Actually, Batman has combined so many characters such as Dracula, Killer Bat, Dick Tracy, Charlotte Holmes, etc. The original idea for creating Batman is to make him different from Superman. So Batman doesn't have any super power. Although he hasn't any super power, he still has expert skill and great strength that made Batman very popular amongpeople. In my opinion, ordinary people can't become a Superman, however, if you have enough training and try your best. It seems that everyone has the chance to become a Batman. (Seyi)

Captain America

Captain America is a virtual character that created by Marvel Comics Company and was first appeared in the comics Captain America which published in March, 1941. His name is Steve Rogers and he is also regarded as the symbol of American Spirit. By 2007, Captain America comic series has sold about 210 million. Later, the Marvel Company also cast a new series of comic book movie. In this series, he is a superhero in the movie Captain America: The First Avenger and Captain America: The Winter Soldier. In my opinion, Captain America is a good image that successfully shaped by the American government. He was brave, kind, loyal, selfless; we even can say that he has all the good character you can imagine. On the battlefield, he marched forward courageously. What’s more, he fell out with his friend to stand for the truth. This is the most valuable thing. (Seyi)
